ABOUT

Sellabo, plainly explained.

Sellabo is a platform for selling anything online: physical products you ship, digital downloads, services and freelance work, memberships, courses, and communities. Every sale, customer, and next move lives in one dashboard.

How Sellabo makes money

Sellabo charges a platform fee on each sale's revenue, and nothing monthly. The tiers are Starter 2.9%, Creator 3.1%, Pro 3.3%, Business 3.5%, Full Access 3.7%, and Studio 3.9% per sale. Higher tiers unlock more tools and AI credits. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment processor to the seller and are separate from Sellabo's fee. There are no hidden monthly charges, and you can change tiers in your dashboard at any time.

How payments work

You open a store, add a product, and connect your own Stripe account. A buyer pays through Stripe checkout, and the money goes straight into your Stripe account, which pays out to your bank. Sellabo never holds buyer money; its fee is deducted automatically by Stripe on each sale. Physical orders collect a shipping address, services collect the buyer's brief, and memberships and downloads unlock instantly. Your dashboard shows every sale and order from your real data.

Refunds

Products and services are refundable within 10 days if undelivered or materially misdescribed, unless the seller states a different policy. When a sale is refunded, Sellabo's platform fee on that sale is cancelled — it is not retained. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

Sellabo is new — and we will not fake the rest

Sellabo's marketplace is still new and small, and we do not invent users, sales, ratings, or testimonials to make it look bigger than it is. What you see in your dashboard is your real data, and what you see on Explore is only stores sellers actually created. If a tool is a draft, a plan, or not yet connected, the dashboard says so on that page instead of pretending otherwise.

Support

Support is through your Sellabo dashboard, with a reply aim of 3 business days. There is no published support email yet, because there is no working support mailbox for the domain yet — we would rather say that than publish an address that does not work.
