Whop’s own fee page lists 2.7% + 30¢ per card sale and no separate platform fee, so we will not tell you Sellabo is cheaper on card fees. Sellers move for these reasons:

Questions
Before you move.
Do I have to close my old store first?
No. Importing only reads from your old platform, so nothing changes there. Run both while you move, then update the links in your bio when you are ready.
What moves over, and is it free?
Products, discount codes, files and page copy import free on every tier, from your old platform’s export file (CSV or JSON). Importing customer and subscriber records needs the Studio tier. Re-running an import never creates duplicates.
Does Sellabo handle sales tax or VAT like a merchant of record?
No. Sellabo is not a merchant of record: you are the seller, so the customer and the money are yours, in your own Stripe account. Turn on Stripe Tax and Taxes in your dashboard and Stripe adds the right sales tax or VAT at checkout where you are registered; registering and filing stay with you. If you need another company to carry tax responsibility (for example selling digital products worldwide), Lemon Squeezy or Paddle fit better, at a higher fee.
Do my subscribers’ saved cards move?
No. Card details and live recurring billing cannot be moved between payment processors by any importer. Sellabo imports the subscriber records and drafts an email with a link to re-subscribe at the same price.
How does the switch offer work?
After you open your Sellabo store, send a link to your store on the other platform from your Finance page. Once we confirm it is yours, Sellabo’s fee on your sales is 0.7 percentage points lower for 6 months (Starter: 2.9% → 2.2%). Card processing is separate and unchanged.
Can I sell before I set up Stripe?
Yes. Add your PayPal.me, Cash App or Venmo on the Finance page and buyers can pay you directly right away. You confirm each payment in Orders. When your Stripe account is connected, card checkout takes over.
Is this comparison fair?
It uses each platform’s published base prices, checked October 27, 2026, with links to the source pages. It leaves out apps, themes, ads and taxes on every platform. Marketplaces like Etsy also bring you their own shoppers, which Sellabo’s new Marketplace cannot match yet. Whop is in the table at its published card rate (2.7% + 30¢, which Whop itself processes — that is its processing, not a platform fee), plus 10¢ per sale for fraud screening and 3D Secure. Its public fee page lists no separate platform fee, so the slider below defaults to 0%; slide it to model the extra platform fee some older accounts were charged.
