How to move your store to Sellabo from Shopify, Etsy, Gumroad or Stan

Before you start

Nothing changes on your old platform while you move: Sellabo’s importer only reads your export file. Keep selling there until your Sellabo store is ready, then update your links.

1. Export your products

Download a product export (CSV) from your current platform. Shopify, Etsy, Gumroad and most store builders have an export or download option in their products or listings area. A simple file with name, price and description columns works too.

2. Import them free

Open your Sellabo dashboard, go to Import / Migrate, pick your old platform and upload the file. Preview what was found, tick what to bring, and run it. Products, discount codes, files and page copy import free on every tier. Customers and subscribers import on the Studio tier. Re-running never creates duplicates.

3. Turn on payments

Connect Stripe on the Finance page for card checkout, or turn on direct pay (PayPal, Cash App or Venmo) to start taking orders today. See the guide "Sell online with PayPal, Cash App or Venmo".

4. Claim the switch offer

On the Finance page, send a link to your store on the other platform. Once Sellabo confirms it is yours, Sellabo’s fee on your sales is 0.7 percentage points lower for 6 months (Starter: 2.9% → 2.2%). Card processing is separate and unchanged.

5. Update your links

Put your Sellabo store link in your social bios, email signature, ads and packaging. Print QR signs and package inserts from the Marketing page for markets and orders. Compare what you would pay at your own sales on the Switch page: https://sellabo.com/switch
